Runway buffet

The day begins in Bitterwasser with a rich breakfast buffet. A treat here is the bread baked early in the morning in the lodge. In addition, there is a rich selection of sausages, ham and cheese or, for those who like it sweet, jams. Breakfast eggs can be boiled, fried or scrambled. Mueslis, yogurts and fruit complete the offer.
The service will be happy to pack your own lunch for the day's excursion.

Blow by blow

For many, this is usually already too much: Around noon, you can meet for lunch. And in the afternoon, there's already the coffee/tea round with pastries.

It's good to save your appetite until dinner. There you have to decide between fish and meat - the best pieces of local venison accompanied by delicious vegetables, potatoes, rice, pasta. A salad beforehand.

To desert then an Amarula? The wild fruit cream liqueur, which only tastes really good in Namibia. It is flavored with a distillate from the fruits of the marula tree and tastes of slightly fruity caramel.
